TICKETS

Credit and debit only, four per person. Layaway secures your pass with a deposit, then splits the balance monthly.

WRISTBANDS

Buy on DICE by October 1 or Front Gate by October 5 and your wristband ships to you.

WEATHER

Rain or shine. Watch the forecast and dress for it.

GETTING HERE

Mana Wynwood, 2217 NW 5th Ave. MIA is 15 minutes out. No parking on site.

QUESTIONS FOR THIS PHASE

What is a payment plan?

Layaway secures your ticket with a deposit at purchase, then splits the balance into monthly payments. The breakdown shows during checkout on Front Gate.

What if I stop making payments?

You get a limited grace period to pay the next installment. After that the order is canceled and subject to non refundable fees.

Should I get a confirmation email?

Within moments of purchase. Check your junk folder, then contact Front Gate Tickets.

When do shipped tickets arrive?

Closer to the event. If yours has not arrived within a week of the show, contact Front Gate Tickets.

How do I avoid ticket fraud?

Buy directly from Front Gate. Never from scalpers — an illegitimate ticket means you are turned away with no refund.

Where is the closest airport?

Miami International (MIA), a few miles from the venue.

THE SEARCH

A thorough, TSA style search: pockets and bags emptied, items examined, a full pat down, possibly shoes off. We reserve the right to refuse entry.

21+ to buy or consume alcohol. US license or ID, US or foreign passport, or a foreign license with a color photocopy of your passport — that last one does not earn the 21+ wristband. No school, consular, expired or photocopied ID.

BAGS

Clear bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″, or any bag up to 6″ x 9″. Hydration packs with up to two main compartments, bladder empty.

ONE WAY IN

Enter any time up to an hour before the end. No ins and outs.

QUESTIONS FOR THIS PHASE

Can I enter anytime?

With a valid unscanned ticket you can enter until an hour before the end of the event. Ins and outs are not allowed.

What if my ID is lost or expired?

Expired IDs are accepted only with DMV renewal documentation. If yours was lost or stolen, bring a government issued interim license or passport.

Can I use a consular ID or foreign license?

Consular IDs are not accepted. A foreign license works with a photocopy of your passport; a foreign passport works on its own.

What is the camera policy?

Standard cameras with no detachable lens and handheld video under 6 inches are fine. Professional rigs need a photo pass through our press submission form.

INSIDE

ZERO TOLERANCE

Zero tolerance for drug use and possession. Police work inside and outside the event and narcotics laws are strictly enforced.

THE RULES

No camping, no refunds, no sitting on dancefloors, no moshing or crowd surfing, no unauthorized vendors or flyering.

CASHLESS

Credit, debit, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay. Cash exchanges on site for a prepaid card.

LOCKERS

Universal phone charger inside, roughly 8″ high by 12″ wide by 18″ deep. A good meeting point for your crew.

LOST & FOUND

Interior by the Main Entrance, Friday and Saturday 4PM to 3AM. Exterior by the Box Office, Friday 3AM to 5AM, Saturday 4PM to 5AM.

QUESTIONS FOR THIS PHASE

Is re entry allowed?

No. Ins and outs are not allowed.

Can I hang posters or hand out flyers?

No, not inside the festival or in the surrounding neighborhood. Violating this gets you banned from promoting at our events.

Are there cash machines?

III Points is cashless. Cash can be exchanged on site for a prepaid card.

Will there be a lost & found?

Yes, inside the venue during show hours, plus an online inventory tool after the show.

Accessibility

SERVICES HUB ON SITE, NO PRE REGISTRATION

—Navigable on concrete with accessible routes to entrances, stages, viewing areas and vendors. Wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers and canes welcome; no rentals on site.

—ADA drop offs outside the Main Entrance on NW 6th Ave, and at the VIP Entrance on NW 23rd St for VIP holders.

—ADA entry lane to the left of the GA and VIP entrance.

—Accessibility Services Hub at the information booth by the Red Bull tent: wristbands, questions, service animal registration. Wristbands last the weekend; one companion wristband per guest.

—Viewing areas with seating at the RC Cola and Sector 3 stages, first come first served, non smoking, no saving spots.

—Service animals permitted and registered on entry. Emotional support, therapy and companion animals are not.

—First aid throughout the venue, gluten free options on site, prescription medication in original containers cleared at entry.
